Discount Carpet
Discount Carpet
Where can you find discount carpet?
If you are interested in buying discount carpet, then there are the secondary market of remnants,
roll-ends and discontinued product lines. Depending on the stores that carry them, you could save as much as
50% or more off the original sticker prices on the brand of your choice.
Most of the time, these discount carpet stores get their "leftovers" from department stores,
high-end retailers, distributors and manufacturers.
When buying discount carpet, keep in mind to check the brand name and the manufacturer of the particular
carpet you are interested in. Find out if they are the discontinued line just in case you need more of the
same carpet for your other rooms in the future.
For your health reason, check that your discount carpet comes with a CCI/CRI label that
indicates it's passed inspection for emissions.
Ask the store if the original warranty supplied by the manufacturer is still valid for the discount
carpet you are considering.
Since these are stores that sell discount carpet, ask them about their return policy.
If you are buying more than one remnant of the same carpet, check if they come from the same dye batch.
This will ensure that the carpet pieces will look identical once they are installed and joined.
